Ban PFI, KFD: BJP youth wing demanded in protests

BJP youth wing held protests; demanded ban on PFI, KFD

Dharwad, Udupi: The members of BJP Youth Wing held protest in front of the deputy commissioner’s office in Dharwad, demanding the government to ban Popular Front of India (PFI) and Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD) who were allegedly responsible for creating communal tension in Mangaluru and for their alleged role in killing an RSS activist recently.

It is to be noted that the saffron outfit has been demanding the State Government to put a ban on PFI and KFD for many years. The protesters said we have been demanding for a ban against the PFI and KFD for over 4 years but the the government had not taken any steps in this regard.

The Siddaramaiah-led Congress government is a anti-Hindu party, and it is creating a fearsome atmosphere for the Hindus living in Mangaluru, they charged. As the government is not initiating any action against those creating trouble, and harassing the Hindus, the people are living under constant fear, they added.

The police have arrested a PFI and KFD member for his involvement in the RSS activist Sharat Madiwalar murder case. Though the government has all evidences against these two organisations, it has done nothing but remained a mute spectator, they said.

Recently there was an uproar over BJP Parliamentarians Shobha Karandlaje and Nalin for fueling unrest in the coastal area. And that MP Shobha had shot off a letter to the Union Home Ministry alleging murders of several Sangh Parivar activists by Popular Front members, but subsequently the list provided by the Karandlaje to the Home Minister Rajnath Singh was just a hoax as it contained names of those who were still alive and the list also included names of those who had committed suicide or had met natural death. The BJP leader Shobha Karandlaje faced flack from several secular groups when her murderous lies were exposed.
